Local Conservation Groups
We currently have two active local volunteer groups based at sites along the River Waveney. The groups venture out into the wider catchment where needed. For example some have recently been planting trees along the river.
Each group meets regularly to carry out practical conservation tasks. Similar to a green gym, working in the outdoors has incredible benefits for our physical and mental well being. Help us make a real difference for the river while enjoying nature and the fresh air.
